Qualifications

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth run of the operation.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation; keep stations clean after service.
• Follow safety procedures and train culinary staff on proper equipment use.
• Adhere to standards of food handling, production, preparation, portioning and presentation.
