Qualifications

• 1-2 years in bar, cafe or hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Able to work fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Stock and manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.
• Follow health and safety regulations including responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with bar colleagues to ensure smooth service during peak times.
• Set up and break down the bar at start and end of shifts.
• Learn beverages and mixing techniques.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
