Job summary

Argyll Scott in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant PM to support end-to-end delivery within a structured IT and operations environment.

The role offers exposure across business units, with a 1-year renewable contract and compensation of up to HKD 55,000 per month. You will coordinate planning, schedules, risks, and deployments in a fast-paced insurer/financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years IT project coordination and project management experience.
• Experience supporting IT projects through SDLC.
• Insurance or financial services exposure advantageous.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project tools.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently.

• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Update project schedules, action logs, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate activities across business users, IT, and vendors.
• Prepare meeting materials, status reports, and minutes.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
