• 15+ years of experience in life insurance operations.
• Strong understanding of the life insurance value chain, including underwriting, claims, policy administration and customer servicing.
• Proven experience leading operational transformation, digitisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple operational functions rather than a single specialist area.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Sound understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market and regulatory environment.
• Passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence and customer experience.
