Job summary

Sourcing Services eFinancialCareers is recruiting a Change Delivery Manager / Assistant Change Delivery Manager in Hong Kong. The role focuses on planning, tracking and coordinating cross-functional projects, defining requirements, managing UAT, and overseeing deployments within a banking/financial environment.

You will work closely with Business Units and IT to optimize prioritization, drive change adoption, and ensure alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business analyst experience with at least 2–3 years in managing operations or technology in banking/financial services
• Strong understanding of program and project management principles and enterprise frameworks
• Process orientation with experience in policies, procedures, operational control, QA, compliance monitoring and risk management
• Ability to identify risks and issues and drive to achieve goals despite obstacles
• Strong orchestration and design-thinking abilities
• Motivation to initiate ideas and formulate plans
• Excellent influencing skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

Change Delivery Manager / Assistant Change Delivery Manager

• Plan, track, and manage project milestones, coordinate cross-functional tasks
• Assist to define user requirements, write specifications, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Works closely with Business Units to identify key drivers to enhance project prioritization workflow and process streamline approaches
• Oversee production deployment, system migration, and post implementation reviews
• Bridge communication gaps between business units and IT, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive change adoption
• Continuously support the bank for driving customer centricity, process excellence, and resources optimization that align with the Bank’s Medium Term Strategy
• Promotes new thinking, creative solutions and ways of working to address issues and mitigate risks
• University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information technology and/or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business analyst experience with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing operations or technology in the banking or financial industry
• Strong understanding of program and project management principles, methodologies and frameworks, especially those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level
• Process oriented with solid experience in policies and procedures establishment, operational control, quality assurance, compliance monitoring and risk management
