Swing Consulting Limited is seeking a Business Analyst for the banking/finance sector in Hong Kong. You will elicit and document requirements, translate business needs into functional specs, and develop user stories and process flows to support solution design.

The role requires at least 4 years of experience in financial services business analysis, familiarity with Jira, and strong SDLC knowledge. You will collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or solution delivery within the financial services or banking sectors, with a proven background in asset servicing.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end solution delivery lifecycles using waterfall or hybrid methodologies, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• Familiarity with project and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of structured business analysis techniques and SDLC processes.

• Facilitate seamless communication between vendors, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve delivery issues efficiently.
