The University of Hong Kong invites applications for the role of Manager, Career Development & Training (Events & Corporate Engagement) at the Faculty of Business and Economics. The appointee will create meaningful connections between students and employers through high-quality events and campus engagements, based at the Cyberport campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in event management, corporate or employer engagement, campus recruitment, relationship management, student services or career development would be advantageous.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a range of employer and student engagement activities, including career fairs, campus talks, networking events and company visits.
• Work closely with corporate partners, welcome employers to campus, coordinate off-campus activities, and ensure a professional and engaging experience for both employers and students.
• Engage with students individually and in groups to understand their career interests and connect them with resources and CDT services.
