Job summary

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for the role of Manager (Alumni Services), Masters Programmes (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics. The appointee will support the Masters Programmes Alumni and Student Services Team, organizing alumni events, managing mentor communities, and coordinating promotional campaigns.

A bachelor\'s degree and at least five years of full-time work experience are required; fluency in English and Chinese is essential,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time work experience.
• Experience in tertiary education, education sector or social service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Organize alumni engagement activities including mentorship programmes and events.
• Manage mentor/mentee communities effectively.
• Coordinate alumni souvenir initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee alumni engagement across communication channels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
