Job summary

Top Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst for Cards Technology to drive card and payments initiatives. You will gather requirements, map processes, and work with technology teams to deliver solutions across the card lifecycle, including reconciliation and servicing.

You will support UAT, triage issues, and rollout, and prepare user stories and process flows for agile delivery in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in cards, payments, or banking technology.
• Strong knowledge of credit/debit cards, card processing, and payment flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Familiar with Agile delivery in cross-functional projects.
• Exposure to card operations, reconciliation, and risk/compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for card and payment changes.
• Map current and future processes across authorisation, settlement, reconciliation, disputes, and servicing.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, procurement, compliance, and testing teams to support delivery.
• Support UAT, issue triage, and process rollout.
• Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional documentation for Agile delivery.
