Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience on either the business or IT side
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, preferably in Credit Card and Lending
• Experience in migration, system implementation, or transformation projects
• Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; conversational Mandarin

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for credit card migration and transformation initiatives
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and solution scoping to support project delivery
• Work with business users and technology teams to translate requirements into functional solutions

• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed
