The Bank of East Asia, Limited is seeking a Marketing professional to join the Card Product Section in Hong Kong. You will implement marketing strategies for credit card programs, drive card acquisition and usage, and conduct portfolio data analysis to identify opportunities.

The role requires coordinating with internal departments, monitoring campaign performance, and guiding IT/digital projects to enhance customer experience and growth.

Formación

• University graduate, preferably major in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• To be a member of Card Product Section
• To implement effective marketing strategies and credit card programs to stimulate card acquisition & usage and achieve business and financial targets
• To perform data analysis on credit card portfolio & potential target customer segments to drive further business opportunities and establish marketing strategies
• To monitor business performance and review result of strategies implemented as well as the marketing budget
• To implement IT and digital projects to drive business growth, streamline process as well as enhance customer experience
• To co-ordinate with internal departments for ensuring smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, promotion activities and cross-selling activities
• To maintain up-to-date market intelligence on credit card business
• To handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments
