Job summary

Ua Finance in Hong Kong seeks a results-driven marketer to plan and implement strategies for credit card acquisition and usage. You will oversee campaigns, manage agencies, and monitor performance against budgets, while enhancing digital platforms and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role demands a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, at least five years in credit card marketing, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum five years or above relevant experience in credit card acquisition marketing.
• Experience in developing and implementing impactful campaign in customer acquisition and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective marketing strategies and credit card programs to stimulate card acquisition & usage.
• Manage advertising agencies to produce ground-breaking creative and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor business performance and review result of strategies implemented as well as the marketing budget.
• Manage website and mobile app to drive business growth, streamline process and enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments and sales channels for smooth campaign implementation including cross-selling activities.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments.
