Job summary

American Express Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join the ICS Card Marketing team. The role focuses on developing and executing campaigns with Merchant Services and internal stakeholders to drive Cardmember engagement and loyalty.

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or related fields.
Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn with a hands-on attitude.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
Good written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin helpful.
Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of engagement marketing activities and campaigns.
Assist development of marketing assets including eDMs, social media, and website updates.
Coordinate with merchant, tech, and internal teams for timely campaign delivery.
Provide admin support, campaign tracking, reporting and documentation.
Monitor performance and help prepare optimization opportunities and reports.
Report to Assistant Marketing Manager to support business objectives.
