Qualifikationen

• Strong business acumen and project management skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English with good presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the development of the card acquisition strategy to deepen market penetration and increase market share.
• Design and deliver cost-effective acquisition campaigns to drive new card intakes with clear customer propositions.
• Manage and coordinate acquisition channels to ensure initiatives are executed smoothly and on track.
• Lead customer journey improvements across channels and touchpoints for a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Partner with Risk to refine credit policies.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery: planning, forecasting, scoping, negotiations, risk clearances, go-to-market, cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Provide day-to-day business support including tracking, cost control, reporting, campaign fulfillment, and handling inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain effective controls.
