AIA Hong Kong is seeking a senior corporate strategy professional to lead PD strategy, strategic planning, and partner development in Hong Kong. You will drive revenue growth, manage budgets, forecast performance, and prepare management reports.

The role requires 8+ years in insurance/financial services or related fields, CPA or MBA preferred, and strong Excel/PowerPoint capabilities. You will communicate across teams in Chinese and English to deliver impactful business plans and ensure

Qualifications

University degree with 8+ years in insurance/financial services, management consulting or corporate strategy.
CPA, MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in financial analysis, management reporting and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Drive formulation of overall PD strategy and integrated business plans with sales channels.
Lead and drive new partnership business development with stakeholders.
Manage strategic plan development, budget planning and forecasting.
Provide and manage management reporting with insights and recommendations.
Analyze performance across revenue and expenses to identify opportunities.
Monitor initiatives and provide timely updates to management.
Observe market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Define, drive and develop sales incentive schemes for channels.
Ensure compliance with budgets and internal controls.
