Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Traffic Manager / Senior Traffic Supervisor to help run the Transportation Services Department. You will oversee parking facilities, shuttle services, and carpool operations, ensuring smooth, safe transport for guests and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication skills, fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and a valid HK driving license.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above.
• 6+ years operational experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong planning, budgeting, organizing, leading and controlling abilities.
• Independent, responsible, customer-oriented with good communication.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work outdoors, on shift, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must hold a valid HK Driving License (Class 1, 2 preferred).
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Traffic Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage the Transportation Services Department and provide dedicated professional management of the department.
• Address traffic-related issues, organize and supervise staff to operate parking facilities.
• Oversee shuttle services for guests and staff; implement contingency transportation plans per Crisis Management Protocol.
• Contribute to the future development of shuttle services and safety initiatives.
