Job summary

Gourmet Dining Group Limited seeks a Captain/Assistant Captain for our Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong. You will lead floor service, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate with kitchen for smooth operations.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with less experience may start as Assistant Captain. Excellent English and Chinese communication, presentable appearance, and strong sense of responsibility are required. On‑the‑job training and staff benefits apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Western restaurants.
• Presentable and customer-service oriented with good communications.
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced luxury setting.
• Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Captain.
