Shangri-La Group is seeking a Captain - Hung Tong for Kerry Hotel, Hung Hom Bay in Hong Kong. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences, lead a service section, and maintain standards that reflect the hotel’s luxury branding.

Strong leadership and English/Chinese communication are essential. With 4+ years in hotel or F&B service, you will be part of a team that values guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and proactive guest feedback.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
