The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery is seeking a full-time restaurant operations professional based in Hong Kong. You will supervise the daily team, ensure restaurant cleanliness, and deliver excellent service to guests, handling inquiries and complaints with a warm welcome to patrons.

You will also manage reservations, handle reception duties, and perform related administrative tasks to support smooth restaurant operations.
