Job summary

ZS Hospitality Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Captain/Server for a Two Michelin Stars Cantonese dining concept. You will deliver attentive service and lead floor operations to ensure a memorable guest experience.

We value strong interpersonal and English communication skills, a passion for cuisine, and readiness to join immediately. Experience as Captain is welcome and will be considered for higher duties.

• Passionate about food and beverage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do attitude.
• Good command of spoken & written English.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Captain.
• Immediately available preferred.
