Gourmet Dining Group Limited invites applications for a front-of-house role in its Hong Kong restaurants. You will assist in daily operations, deliver attentive guest service, and maintain high hygiene and tidiness of dining areas, tableware and cutlery.

We seek candidates with Western restaurant experience, presentable appearance, strong communication in English and Chinese, and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Western restaurants.
• Presentable, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality, willing to learn and good communications skills.
• Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Supervisor.
