Job summary

Gourmet Dining Group in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Cook/Chef to join our luxury kitchens. You will assist the Chef de Cuisine in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment, ensuring consistency, portion control, and seasonal preparation.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or equivalent, at least two years in luxury hotels or fine dining, strong kitchen hygiene, and fluency in Cantonese and English.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate in recognized food handling/sanitation preferred.
• 2 years’ culinary experience in hotels, luxury western restaurants or fine dining.
• Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine to ensure high quality of food production in a specified kitchen section.
• Maintain the high standard of day-to-day operations.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and adhere to portion controls and standards.
