Job summary

AIA is seeking a senior contributor to the Agency Strategy Development and Support team in Hong Kong. The role involves shaping agency strategy, coordinating budgeting cycles, delivering performance analyses, and supporting IR activities, requiring strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across GD and LBU teams.

The candidate should have extensive experience in insurance, particularly life insurance operations, with excellent English writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance industry preferred.
• 8+ years relevant work experience.
• Solid understanding of life insurance operating model is a must.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; teamwork is essential.
• Fluent in English with strong writing and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive agency strategy development with the team leader.
• Support annual strategic planning and budgeting for Group Agency Distribution.
• Deliver GAD reports and perform business performance analyses for insights.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, Group Distribution Office, and IR on related activities.
• Provide daily management/support to the GAD CEO as assigned.
• Handle additional tasks as required by the manager.
