Binance Square is seeking a recent graduate to assist in the full lifecycle of campaign operations, including drafting campaign documentation, managing backend configurations, coordinating on-site promotions, overseeing launches, and tracking progress. You will work with Product and Tech to debug issues, answer inquiries, and ensure smooth post-campaign management.

• Recent graduate with interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
• Past experience in Web3, content or creator economy is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to engage vendors and stakeholders across regions.

Mansioni

• Assist full lifecycle of Square campaign operations: drafting docs, backend configurations, coordinating on-site promotions, launches, tracking, and post-campaign management.
• Collect and extract frequent user inquiries, work with Product/Tech to debug issues and verify fixes.
• Handle escalated user tickets with the Mod & Customer Service teams; maintain FAQs for consistent communication.
• Monitor real-time campaign data and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
• Plan and launch integrated growth initiatives with cross-functional teams to accelerate user and content growth.
