Job summary

BIT is seeking a Community Operations Specialist to support a fast-growing US-stock investing user base. You will manage daily community activity across WeChat/WeCom, Discord, Telegram, and in-app channels, translating campaigns into engaging actions and content.

You will work with a small, high-visibility team to grow community engagement, run bilingual discussions, and turn user feedback into actionable improvements while shaping future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bilingual communication and writing in English and Chinese.
• Ability to translate campaign plans into actionable community tasks.
• Experience using AI tools for content drafting and feedback analysis.
• Ability to read and act on community metrics and engagement data.

Responsibilities

• Daily community management and prompt user support.
• Translate campaigns into community actions (teasers, launches, updates, winners).
• Plan and publish ongoing content and topics with steady cadence.
• Run bilingual communities in parallel (Chinese and English).
• Turn feedback into clear takeaways for the team.
• Identify active users and manage a seed user pool.
• Track and report on community size, activity and engagement.
