Responsibilities

• Design and implement compelling offers for insurance products to drive growth.
• Drive innovative campaign ideas and strategies.
• Conduct market research and use customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Handle post-campaign follow-up with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Agency, Partnership Distribution, Marketing to execute campaigns.
• Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings as needed.
• Manage campaign appeals across channels and support ad-hoc projects.
