Job summary

AIA Australia is seeking a Senior Manager to lead delivery of Insurance Product Implementation, Campaign Implementation, Healthcare & Wellness initiatives, Risk, and strategic propositions. You will manage onshore and offshore teams, align stakeholders, and ensure quality and governance across projects.

The role emphasizes customer outcomes, responsible AI practices, and collaboration with architecture, risk, and security teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years IT experience with leadership in delivery/projects.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Insurance Product Implementation and related initiatives.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore resources and vendors across teams.
• Translate requirements into specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead testing, UAT readiness, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Drive AI adoption across the SDLC and govern responsible AI practices.
