微投證券國際（香港）有限公司 is seeking a Senior Accounting Officer to oversee comprehensive accounting, bookkeeping, and tax filing activities in Hong Kong. You will manage receivables/payables, bank reconciliations, and monthly/year-end closings, while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely financial reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, HKFRS familiarity, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA qualification is preferred (HKICPA or equivalent).
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience; SFC-licensed companies preferred.
• Familiar with HKFRS, Hong Kong tax, Companies Ordinance; awareness of SFC FRR and regulatory filings preferred.
• Able to independently handle full accounting and tax filing.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Excel, Peach Tree, MYOB).

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statements with account analysis.
• Manage tax filings including profits tax returns, employer returns, tax calculations and provisional tax matters.
• Handle statutory and regulatory filings including business registration, Companies Registry annual returns and SFC-related filings.
• Prepare audit documentation and liaise with auditors.
• Assist with budgeting, internal controls and temporary projects.

Senior Accounting Officer (SFC Type 1, 2, 9)

Central and Western District, HK

Responsible for comprehensive accounting and financial management for the company, including daily bookkeeping, vouchers, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, monthly and year-end closing. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statements, and conduct account analysis. Handle tax filing including profits tax returns, employer returns, tax calculations, provisional tax and correspondence with the Inland Revenue Department. Manage statutory and regulatory filings including business registration, annual returns to the Companies Registry, and SFC-related filings. Assist with audit work including preparing audit documentation, liaising with auditors, and preparing financial statements. Assist with budgeting, internal controls and ad hoc projects.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

CPA qualification preferred (HKICPA, or recognised qualifications such as ACCA, CPA Australia)

3 or more years of accounting or finance experience; experience with SFC-licensed companies preferred

Familiar with HKFRS, Hong Kong tax and Companies Ordinance; familiarity with SFC FRR and regulatory filings preferred

Able to independently handle full accounting and tax filing

Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Excel, Peach Tree, MYOB etc.)

Familiarity with administrative and human resources matters preferred

Meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, able to complete work on time, able to work independently
