The Wellbeing Group (HK) Company Limited is seeking a Senior Accounting Officer to manage the full set of accounts and daily financial operations in our Hong Kong office. You will support FRR reporting, audit preparation, and tax filings while working closely with the Accounting Manager on month-end close and control processes.

The role requires 2-3 years of solid accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and MYOB, and a strong team player with integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of solid accounting experience with full set of accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MYOB.
• Prior exposure to SFC FRR reporting or related regulations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle the full set of accounts for the organization.
• Manage daily payment processing including fund in/out and expenses.
• Assist in FRR preparation and year-end closing activities.
• Support annual audit and tax filing processes.
• Perform daily accounting duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Senior Accounting Officer (SFC Type 1, 2, 9)

Handle the full set of accounts for SFC Type 1, 2, and 9 and Must worked in licensed businesses and an investing holding company previously.

Assist in the preparation of monthly Financial Resources Rules (FRR).

Manage daily payment processing, including corporate/client fund in/out, office expenses, staff expense claims and month-end closing.

Assist in the annual audit processes and tax filings.

Execute daily accounting operational duties and handle ad-hoc assignments as required by the Accounting Manager.

About you

Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.

Minimum of 2-3 years of solid accounting experience, with a proven track record of handling a full set of accounts independently within financial institutions or brokerages.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MYOB.

Prior exposure to SFC FRR reporting or financial operations under SFC regulations is highly preferred.

Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, trustworthy in handling monetary transactions, and a strong team player with a high sense of responsibility.

Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
