Job summary

The Nesbitt Centre Limited invites an experienced Café Manager to lead operations at its new café inside the Hong Kong Wetland Park. You will oversee daily service, maintain quality, manage a team, and ensure hygiene and safety standards in a unique setting.

This role requires 3–5 years of café management experience, strong leadership, and Cantonese with basic English. Experience working with staff who have SEN is preferred, and a focus on guest experience, promotional initiatives, and

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent product quality.

• Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Support event catering operations (canapés, buffets).
• Collaborate with management on marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor and drive café sales performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead operations at our new café in the Hong Kong Wetland Park.

Work Location: The Hong Kong Wetland Park, New Territories, Hong Kong
Cafe Opening Hours: 6 days per week (closed on Tues) 10am - 5pm
Start Date: December 2026 (latest January 2027)

About Us

The Nesbitt Centre (https://www.nesbittcentre.org.hk) has been empowering adults with learning disabilities since 1993 through vocational education and inclusive social enterprises.

We are about to open a new concept café located inside the Hong Kong Wetland Park, offering beverages, premium & light breakfast and lunch dishes, as well as catering for events with canapés and buffets. We are committed to quality, creativity, and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent product quality
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in managing a café or similar food & beverage outlet
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in working with staff with Special Educational Needs (SEN) will be given priority consideration
• Language: Cantonese & Basic English
