Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong is seeking a business analyst to bridge front-office trading teams and technology stakeholders. You will gather requirements, translate business needs into user stories, and support platform enhancements to improve trading operations.

Collaboration with traders, portfolio managers, developers, and product teams, plus strong analytical and communication skills, will enable delivery of scalable solutions across the trading environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a top tier financial services firm.
• Experience in business analysis, product management, trading operations, technology, consulting, or a related financial services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business processes.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support strategic trading and execution initiatives, driving workflow improvements and platform enhancements.
• Partner with traders, portfolio managers, and technology teams to gather requirements and identify process improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Coordinate technology deliverables, UAT activities, system rollouts, and platform migration projects.
• Track project progress, manage stakeholder communication, and support adoption of new trading tools and workflows.
