Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong is seeking a professional to analyse current state operational processes and define target operating model requirements, collaborating with Operations, Front Office, Finance, Risk and Technology to support programme delivery.

You will lead requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, testing and go-live readiness activities, and support migration, offshore transition, training and post-production stabilisation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current state operational processes and define target operating model requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing and regional platforms across FX, Derivatives, Bonds and Repo products.
• Work closely with Operations, Front Office, Finance, Risk and Technology teams to support programme delivery.
• Lead business requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, functional testing and go-live readiness activities.
• Support migration, offshore transition, training, implementation and post-production stabilisation.
