Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support a large-scale transformation programme in Markets & Securities Services. You will work across Operations, Technology, Front Office, Risk and Finance to drive process improvements and target operating model implementation.

You will analyse current processes, gather requirements, map workflows, and support testing activities including UAT.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global Markets Operations, Treasury Operations, Securities Services, Custody Operations, or Investment Banking Operations.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycles across FX, Derivatives, Money Markets, Bonds, Repos, or Equities.
• Experience with system implementation, migration, transformation, or operational change programmes.
• Hands-on experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current operational processes and identify gaps against the target operating model.
• Gather, document, and validate business and user requirements.
• Support business process redesign, workflow improvements, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Perform gap analysis between existing and future-state processes and systems.
• Coordinate and execute testing activities, including UAT, dress rehearsals, and go-live readiness.
• Work closely with technology teams during system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Engage with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, finance, and technology functions.
• Support operational transitions, user training, and post-implementation activities.
