Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong is seeking experienced Markets Operations professionals to support a major transformation programme. You will understand front-to-back trade lifecycle and contribute to project work across the business.

You will analyse processes, gather requirements, and participate in UAT and go-live activities while collaborating with operations, technology and business stakeholders to redesign processes and operating models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Markets Operations, Securities Services or Investment Banking Operations.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and operational processes.
• Exposure to projects, change initiatives, migrations, UAT or business analysis is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve operational processes
• Support transformation and system migration initiatives
• Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis
• Participate in UAT, implementation and go-live activities
• Work closely with operations, technology and business stakeholders
• Contribute to process redesign and target operating model initiatives
