Responsibilities

  • Support business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Assist in proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and client presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operations and account teams to identify value-added service opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients; be a key contact for inquiries and service-related issues.
  • Monitor service delivery and address client concerns.
  • Review contracts, amendments, service agreements, and commercial terms for compliance and accuracy.
  • Track contract milestones, renewal dates, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are implemented.
  • Maintain contract documentation and proper filing.
  • Prepare regular operational, financial, and management reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain project trackers, contract registers, and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain KPI and SLA reports.
  • Utilize Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to generate business insights.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • Provide onsite operational support; coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.

Job description
