Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks an experienced IT Project Manager & Business Analyst to support either the Wealth Management & Treasury domain or the Risk Management & Finance domain, coordinating project delivery end-to-end.

The role requires strong PM and BA capabilities, cross‑functional collaboration across internal and external teams, and proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) to work with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in banking/finance, with knowledge of procurement and contract management.
• Demonstrated track record of driving digital change programs with distributed teams across locations.
• Strategic mindset with strong managerial, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle high-pressure situations, and manage priorities under tight schedule.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT Project Manager & Business Analyst for either the Wealth Management & Treasury domain or the Risk Management & Finance domain to support the respective business lines.
• Manage projects from initiation to roll-out, including the preparation of related documents.
• Support business lines in defining and documenting their business requirements.
• Facilitate the derivation of IT solutions and prepare related documentations.
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external parties to achieve project objectives and adhere to delivery timelines.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution follow-up.
• Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including business users, internal and external technical teams, regulatory parties, and senior management, to ensure successful project implementation.
• Contribute to the wider project team by sharing domain-specific knowledge and best practices.
