We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Central Central and Western District. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Proactively engaging with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges

Developing tailored solutions to meet client objectives and deliver exceptional service

Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing updates on ongoing initiatives

Identifying new opportunities to expand our client relationships and drive business growth

Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role, preferably within the sales or account and relationship management industry

Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients at all levels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively

Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
