Hong Kong International Professional Health Check Association Limited is seeking a proactive business development professional to drive sales and market expansion in Hong Kong. The role focuses on identifying new clients, building relationships, and presenting the association's health check services to various market segments.

~This position is responsible for the security services association business under the group~

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive business plans aimed at achieving set objectives and targets.
• Identify prospective clients and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling.
• Establish connections with potential new clients and generate sales leads through methods such as cold calling, site visits, and social media engagement.
• Organize regular meetings with clients to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand and meet their needs, resolving any issues that arise.
• Keep an updated database of clients, prospects, and partners.
• Demonstrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities and analyze data to identify trends.
• Conduct meetings, research, and assist in program development for both current clients and potential prospects.

Qualifications & experience

• Familiarity with Sales or Marketing, especially in new business development and market analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude towards work.
• Collaborative team member with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and eager to meet objectives.
