Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a leading global insurer offering Life, Health and General Insurance solutions. The role focuses on developing renewal and new business, driving medical insurance initiatives, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting strategic plans.

Strong leadership and bilingual communication in English and Cantonese are required. Candidates with at least five years in business development and employee benefits are preferred, with consideration given to Assistant Business

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in business development and employee benefits.
• Strong leadership can deliver results under pressure.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Achieve own sales target by developing renewal and new business.
• Assist the team to achieve the whole sales team's targets.
• Responsible for business development of medical insurance through different distribution channels to achieve the business targets
• Coordinate product launch related marketing activities
• Provide services to customers and intermediaries
• Maintain close relationship with key business contacts
• Develop new business sources
• Support team head on develop and perform strategic plan
