Job summary

China Mobile International Limited (CMI) in Hong Kong seeks a Business Development Manager to drive corporate cooperation and partner growth. You will identify cross‑industry opportunities and lead end‑to‑end collaborations with online and offline partners.

You independently draft proposals, conduct negotiations, and manage projects from kickoff to delivery, coordinating with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams while tracking performance and optimizing results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with good English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in cross‑industry cooperation, BD, channel partnership or sales, with proven project success.
• Ability to independently draft proposals, conduct negotiations and advance projects; familiar with resource-swap models.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills; results‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Basic data analysis skills and sensitivity to user growth.
• Experience in internet or travel industry is preferred.

Business Development Manager, Corporate Cooperation

Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on JegoTrip’s business development objectives (including communication services, global benefit products, etc.), identify qualified cross‑industry cooperation resources. Conduct partner research, screening and outreach to develop online and offline brand partners.
2. Independently prepare cooperation proposals covering resource swap, joint marketing, co‑branded campaigns and other models. Complete business negotiations and contract follow‑up to drive project signing and delivery.
3. Oversee the full lifecycle of cooperation projects. Coordinate with internal Marketing, Operations, Product teams and external partners, facilitate campaign execution and launch, track project progress, and resolve various issues during implementation.
4. Conduct data‑driven reviews of cooperation projects, compile metrics including traffic and conversion rates, and iterate and optimize cooperation proposals.
5. Maintain relationships with existing partners, explore opportunities for secondary and repeated cooperation, and build a stable partner resource pool. Collect competitors’ cooperation practices and provide market intelligence feedback.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with good English proficiency.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in cross‑industry cooperation, BD, channel partnership or sales, with proven successful project cases.
3. Capable of independently drafting proposals, conducting business negotiations and advancing projects; familiar with resource‑swap cooperation mechanisms.
