Job summary

China Mobile International Limited (CMI) is hiring for a Solution Manager to lead High Performance Computing (HPC) and AI Infrastructure solution design and delivery. You will design IDC solutions to meet customer needs, manage daily IDC operations, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle for A-end and B-end customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of experience in IDC/IT infrastructure, and strong English and Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• IDC technical support experience preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience; more is welcome.
• Familiar with servers, networks and related hardware/software.
• Experience in big data, AI computing, Internet fields.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IDC solution design according to customer needs and ensure architecture design.
• Manage IDC demands and maintain daily IDC operations including procurement and support.
• Study IDC evolution and design CMIs HPC/AI infrastructure solutions.
• Provide regular progress updates during project lifecycle for A-end and B-end customers.
• Conduct risk management and optimize procedures; update internal reports weekly.
• Coordinate with overseas customers outside office hours when needed.

Job description

Provide IDC solution design according to customer needs, ensure architecture design, system design, IDC solutions to meet customer needs and provide daily IDC business support.

Manage IDC demands, maintain IDC daily business operation, including business opportunity collecting, schedule monitoring, IDC procurement supporting, IDC solution supporting and other IDC services.

Familiar with IDC business and technical support progress.

Study the technical evolution of IDC, and design CMI IDC solutions, IDC business managing and technical support methods.

Manage and provide regular progress update during the IDC business support project lifecycle for A-end and B-end customers.

Conduct risk management, procedure optimization and escalate all outstanding issue during provisioning stage. Consolidate, revise and update internal reports weekly and monthly.

Work with overseas customers during non-office hour if necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• IDC technical support experiences are preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience. Candidate with less experience may consider
• Familiar with the functions of server, network and other network hardware and software
• Experiences in big data, AI computing, Internet and other related fields
• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
