Job summary

Tiger Brokers Hong Kong is seeking a senior business development professional focused on wealth management to grow net new money from high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and strategic partners. You will own sourcing, needs assessment, and delivery of tailored wealth solutions, collaborating with product, investment, and trading teams.

The role requires strong relationships with FAs, family offices, and distribution partners, plus a proven NNM track record and compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, institutional sales, or financial business development.
• Proven track record of net new money (NNM) generation.
• Strong network and ability to originate high-value client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Focus on acquiring new high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and strategic partners to drive significant net new money inflows.
• Own the end-to-end business development cycle, from sourcing and needs assessment to solution delivery and fund onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal product, investment, and trading teams to structure tailored wealth and investment solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong external network, including FAs, EAMs, family offices, entrepreneurs, and distribution partners.
• Actively manage and review the sales pipeline to ensure sustainable and predictable net new money growth.
• Support strategic initiatives and key projects aligned with the firm’s long-term growth objectives.
