Job summary

Nomura Wealth Management seeks an experienced senior relationship manager to cultivate long-term UHNW clients in Hong Kong. You will identify prospects, tailor investment solutions, and lead end-to-end delivery while ensuring strict KYC and documentation standards.

The role requires at least 7 years in wealth management/private banking, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of hitting revenue and AUM targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business or Finance.
• At least 7 years in wealth management/private banking for UHNW clients.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, asset classes, products.
• Proven sales record and ability to grow client relationships.
• Ability to acquire new clients via referrals and active prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Introduce clients to a range of products/investment opportunities and deliver Nomura’s solutions.
• Ensure complete KYC, call reports and documentation for all clients.

• Comply with bank and regulatory requirements and anti-money-laundering procedures.

• Identify prospects within the relevant market and use market knowledge to actively acquire new clients
• Introduce clients to a wide range of products/investment opportunities based on suitability and be responsible for the success of delivery of Nomura’s solutions to clients
• Ensure complete KYC, call reports and documentation for all clients
• Assist in new business/product development and work with products and service specialists to best serve client needs
• Contribute to the bottom-line of Wealth Management through the accomplishment of revenue and AUM targets
• Comply with bank and regulatory requirements and all applicable money laundering prevention procedures both in Hong Kong/Singapore and in the specific geographical area

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business or Finance
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in wealth management, private banking with a focus on high-net-worth clients
• Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, products and services
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively
• Strong ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals
