About The Role
As a CBRE Project Management Sr. Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for providing advanced management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You’ll Do
- Act as Head of Project to supervise the HK Project Management Team, making project management services within an assigned market, program or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
- Key project delivery focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality, forecasting and reporting and risk management.
- Manages and leads project management staff in the market and ensures thorough staff understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures.
- Develops new business growth and maintains existing business relationships.
- Responsible for business pursuits, integration with other CBRE business lines, and cross-selling our CBRE business in the assigned geographic market, program or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
- Directs all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Surveying, or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 10 years of Facilities & Project Management, Property, Corporate Services or other related experience. Business Development & Analysis work experience is an advantage,
- Proven track record of project management of renovations & asset enhancement / maintenance projects
- Strong business acumen skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project planning, and vendor management experience
- Professional qualification in PMP is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with strong market and business sense
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese Chinese is essential
