Job summary

Amber Health Limited in Hong Kong seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth through new opportunities and partnerships. You will liaise with corporate clients, insurers, and referral partners, while coordinating proposals and events to promote services.

The role requires 2–4 years' experience, a business-focused degree, and strong English/Chinese communication skills. Five-day work week and medical benefits are offered in a vibrant Central office.

We are looking for a proactive, outgoing and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities and developing meaningful partnerships in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the centre's growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business partners and potential referral partners.
• Explore and develop strategic partnerships with corporations, insurance providers and other organisations.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate business development meetings, corporate visits and networking activities.
• Work closely with internal medical and marketing teams to support service promotion and business initiatives.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to encourage long-term collaboration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
• Track business development activities and prepare regular progress reports.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, account management or partnership development.
• Experience in healthcare, medical services, insurance or related industries is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable approaching new business contacts.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
