Position Summary

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Business Incubation & Corporate Development to join our growth team. In this role, you will help research, model, and pilot new internal ventures (0-to-1 incubation) while providing analytical and operational support and execution for strategic partnerships opportunities, deal structuring, financial due diligence and strategic investments.

This position is ideal for an ambitious professional with ~2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth startup environment who wants to combine venture building with deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Venture Incubation & Business Building Support

Market Opportunity Research: Conduct primary and secondary market research to uncover industry trends, addressable markets (TAM/SAM/SOM), customer pain points, and competitive dynamics.

Concept Validation & Prototyping: Assist in building initial business cases, unit economics models, and minimum viable product (MVP) roadmaps for new business lines.

Pilot Coordination: Support the execution of pilot projects by coordinating cross-functionally across product, marketing, finance, legal, and operations to track launch timelines and performance metrics.

2. Corporate Development & Cross-Functional Teaming

Cross-functional Teaming: Work with internal business segments and external advisors to support effective execution of transaction workstreams.

Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build dynamic financial models, revenue projections, discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, and ROI frameworks for prospective investments, partnerships, or ventures.

Due Diligence Support: Assist in organizing data rooms, reviewing strategic materials, and performing financial and operational due diligence for potential strategic transactions.

Pipeline Management: Help track and manage the deal pipeline, maintaining logs of prospective strategic partners, acquisition targets, and corporate venture opportunities.

3. Executive Projects & Strategic Planning

Executive Project Coordination: Coordinate and assist in driving executive projects, keeping key stakeholders aligned on deliverables, timelines, and strategic milestones.

Strategic Planning Support: Support senior management in strategic planning exercises and special projects as required.

Executive Presentations: Draft high-impact presentation decks (PowerPoint) and storyboards for leadership reviews, steering committees, and investment boards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: ~2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or startup operations/growth roles.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Analytical Capability: Solid proficiency in Excel for financial forecasting, business case modeling, and data manipulation.

Structured Thinking: Ability to break complex, ambiguous business problems into clear, logical components.

Communication Skills: Strong PowerPoint and storyboarding skills; ability to communicate findings clearly to senior team members.

Adaptability: High initiative, curiosity, and comfort working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
