Job summary

Medmind Technology Limited is seeking a Business Development Associate in Hong Kong to drive strategic growth and market development. You will create and implement strategies to expand revenue and reach.

You will build partnerships with schools, NGOs, hospitals, governments and corporations; lead B2B sales, attend expos, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, with local school networks in Hong Kong or nearby.
• Solid relationships with NGOs, hospitals, governments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Passionate, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Self-discipline and responsibility are prioritized over skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage strategic partners like healthcare organizations, tech providers, and funding bodies.

Sales and Revenue Generation

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to boost product adoption.

Set and achieve sales targets while fostering client retention, upselling, and cross-selling.

Conduct client meetings, product demos, and attend expos and promotional events.

Client Interaction & Documentation

Address client feedback, resolve issues, and manage schedules.

Prepare business documents such as quotations, invoices, and proposals.

Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless project execution.

Job Requirements :

2+ years of experience solid local school experience and networks for Business Development

Solid relationship with NGOs , hospitals, governments is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Passionate, proactive, and willing to learn.

Self-discipline and responsibility are prioritized over skills.

(Candidate with more experience will be considered as Business Development Manager)
