Job summary

Acclime is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to promote Acclime’s services in Hong Kong and offshore markets. You will meet hundreds of clients and partners annually, lead deal closing, and collaborate with service teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires at least 5 years in corporate services or offshore business, a strong HK network, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Occasional travel and event participation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Min 5 years’ experience in business development, corporate services or offshore professional services.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, accounting, tax and advisory services; HK market knowledge.
• Established network across offshore markets (BVI/Cayman) and Hong Kong.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acclime’s services in Hong Kong and offshore markets.
• Meet several hundred clients and partners annually to understand needs.
• Lead tracking, follow-up, and deal closing.
• Attend and organize events and travel as needed.
• Work with service teams to provide client solutions and communicate capabilities.
