Job summary

Acclime is seeking an experienced professional to participate in restructuring and liquidation assignments in Hong Kong and offshore contexts. You will liaise with multiple parties to implement plans, prepare proposals, respond to regulators and disclose information as required.

The role involves asset tracing, fund flow analysis, and financial modelling to support decision-making on capital reorganisation across various industries. Bilingual English/Chinese abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Law or Business-related discipline.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to present and deliver messages professionally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Hong Kong and/or Offshore Courts restructuring or liquidation assignments, including HK Main Board listed companies and other platforms across industries.
• Liaise with professional parties to formulate and implement restructuring plans, solicit investors, prepare proposals, respond to regulators, obtain approvals, and make disclosures.
• Prepare correspondence to investigate affairs of companies in liquidation or individuals in bankruptcy, and identify assets globally and file necessary court applications.
• Assist in tracing, securing, preserving and realising assets of entities in liquidation or bankruptcy.
• Prepare reports and liaise with courts, authorities, creditors and stakeholders.
• Perform fund flow analysis to trace funds related to suspicious transactions.
• Conduct industry research to support engagement teams in business planning.
• Support modelling to aid decisions on financial transactions and capital reorganisation.
