Job summary

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited, with presence in Hong Kong, seeks a skilled sales professional to lead programs with banks and brokers. You will plan sales initiatives, train partners, and drive product development strategies while adapting to market changes and company direction.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a related field, has 5–8 years of sales experience in banking or life insurance broker sectors, and possesses relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economic, Statistics or related disciplines.
• 5-8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in banking or life insurance broker field.
• Possess valid insurance licenses (IIQE Paper I,II,III & V), professional qualifications in insurance (e.g. FLMI) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement sales projects, business training and other related activities according to the needs of partnering banks or brokers.
• Maintain close cooperation with partnering banks/brokers and provide professional sales support and excellent service.
• Provide relevant business plan on achievement of sales target and product development strategies.
• Job duties may be adjusted according to the changes in the market and the strategy of the company.
• Provide sales product training arrangement.

Requirement:

5-8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in banking or life insurance broker field.

Possess valid insurance licenses (IIQE Paper I,II,III & V), professional qualifications in insurance (e.g.FLMI) is preferred.

Have broad understanding of insurance products in both Hong Kong and Mainland China markets.

Excellent communication skills; Self-motivated, energetic and can work independently and under pressure.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Excellent training background, candidate with insurance training experience is highly recommended.
